Are the guys doing this using methanol?
I am talking about misting from the outside of the core, but while i am at it, do you think it would be more effective to mist the outside of the core or to mist the inside with aquamist? I know they are really two different things but in the end both would cool down the intake charge. As far as the advantages of misting the FMIC from the outside, I figure if you mist methanol or something that cools naturally and mix that with all the air that is hitting the intercooler at whatever speed you are going, be it 30mph or 130mph, the air hitting the fmic should dramtically help the methanol in cooling, but then again
if the methanol was injected into the air/fuel mixture, it would raise octane and cool intake temps. hmmm.... Do you think you could run an outside ic sprayer in tandem with aquamist off the same aquamist pump? Or would you need a bigger pump?
